  • Payment can be made via Venmo, cash, or check.

  • All sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Attendance & Tardiness:

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If a lesson is canceled or missed without giving 24 hours notice, the family will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee.

    • Storytime Sessions: $20

    • I reserve the right to waive this fee for extenuating circumstances such as a family emergency, unexpected injury, etc.

  • If a student is running late, I will reach out via email after 5 minutes, and I will remain available for up to 20 minutes.

  • If the student is late, but still attends class, the family is still responsible for paying the full session price.

  • If I am running late, I will offer a $1 reduction in price for every full minute of tardiness.

Wifi:

  • In the event of a wifi outage on my end that occurs BEFORE the session, I will do everything in my power to immediately notify the family/student and prioritize rescheduling the missed session.

  • In the event of a wifi outage on my end that occurs DURING the session and majorly impacts my participation, I will offer a $5 reduction in price for every 5 full minutes that are impacted by the disruption.

  • In the event of a wifi outage on the student’s end that majorly impacts their participation in the session, I will discuss the best course of action with the family. Based on the situation, I will offer a reduced price for that ONE session.

    • Please note: If this becomes a regular occurrence, I reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee or the full price of the session based on the situation.
